Jordanian-born French perfumer Rania Jouaneh (the creator of the niche perfume brand Rania J. Parfumeur) draws inspiration from her childhood, which she spent in the Middle East and Africa, surrounded by fragrant gardens and aromas of spices. Rania started out as an eco-friendly perfumer, her first fragrances were created entirely from natural and organic ingredients and were later slightly creatively reworked. Today she lives and works in Paris, creating perfume compositions from rare and noble ingredients that combine tradition and originality, simplicity and refined sophistication. Rania herself considers her fragrances to be wonderful accessories that adorn a person like a jewel.
